I competed Division I track and field at the University of Oklahoma (2015-2018) as a sprinter and hurdler. I am a 2018 NCAA Second Team All-American (4x400m relay), 2016 Big 12 Outdoor Champion (4x400m relay), 2018 NCAA West Regional qualifier (400m), and a multi-time Big 12 scorer in the 400m, 400m hurdles, 600-yard run, and relays. Collegiate bests: 53.41 (400m), 59.92 (400m hurdles), 24.38 (200m). At Edmond Memorial High School (Edmond, OK), I won the 400m dash my senior year, was named 2014 girls MVP, and ran on the 4x100, 4x200, and 4x400 relay teams that won the state title in 2014.
A session with me starts with checking in on how your body feels that day, then we move. I teach the why behind every move: which muscles are working, what you should feel, and how it connects to the way you move in everyday life. Expect a mat-based flow blending Pilates control with sculpt-style strength: deep core sequences, glute and leg work, upper-body toning with light weights or bands. Everything is low-impact and joint-friendly. I cue in plain language you can actually follow, and every move comes with a modify-or-challenge option so it meets you exactly where you are. You will leave feeling stronger, longer, and more connected to your body, not beaten up by it.
