Typically worked with middle school and high school athletes, but also work with adults. I help runners train for a specific goal race, or a season of several races. After a meeting (in person, on phone, or via email) and discussing goals, running history, schedule, and all other elements of the athlete's coaching needs, I write a comprehensive training plan. The plan will be delivered to the athlete via Google Docs, where it can be viewed and modified by the athlete and myself as needed. I am happy to meet in-person weekly, on a run or otherwise, and I will be available via text at all times to answer questions and further discuss training. When possible, I will attend the athlete's local races for race-day coaching and support.
