I have extensive coaching experience at various levels, including Head Coach at Massaponax HS, MVP League, and South County HS. I've worked with athletes across different age groups and have produced over 50+ Division 1 track and field athletes. Currently serving as USA Track and Regional coordinator with industry certifications.
As a track athlete, I achieved high school state champion status and earned NCAA All-American honors during my time at Virginia State University.
