I have competed at the professional level and have trained with many different coaches. I have helped with high school camps as well as with younger athletes. My approach to training is to provide a balanced workout tailored to each athlete's specific needs.

I was elected to be a team captain at North Dakota State University my senior year. I was also an all conference selection my senior year. I also was a scholar athlete and am most proud of my academic achievements.
I spent three years in the NFL with the Jaguars, Lions, Buccaneers, and Redskins on injured reserve, practice squad, and active roster.

I played wide receiver and defensive end in high school and tight end in college and in the NFL. I would love to train any offensive skill position. A typical session plan will incorporate position specific drills and conditioning. After an initial evaluation each player will be coached according to his needs.
