I am a NASM certified Personal trainer. I have coached a basketball team before and I have experience at Vasa Fitness as a personal trainer. I coach anyone who is willing to put the work in and will be dedicated. With dedication on your part and on my part giving you the information, the tools you need and the motivation, you will be able to achieve results in no time!

I grew up playing all sports, mainly basketball and football in high-school and transitioned to weight lifting and fitness growing up. I am big on knowledge such as good technique, tempo, dieting, nutrition and more!

First I start off by getting to know you as a client. I want to make the best workout programs and nutrition plans that best for you as a client. Everyone is different and everyone needs specific programs just for them. I will take you through a workout, explain all the important details and information you need to know and provide you with tips and advice on what to do outside of the gym including meal plans and workout programs. The sky is always the limit is seeing and achieving results and with the right amount of dedication and the use of someone who will provide you everything you need, results will come to you and I will make sure of that!
