More About Coach Matthew
I'm a Physical Education graduate with a focus on Strength and Conditioning. I'm continuing my education until I receive my Masters in Strength and Conditioning or a related subject. I've completed internships at Evolution Sports Performance, Boston University, and West Point. In addition to this, I hold certifications through Team USA, CrossFit, Athletes Acceleration, American Council on Exercise, and the NSCA. I work with high-school to collegiate age athletes looking to gain a competitive edge.
During high-school I played football and baseball, while power-lifting year round. After high-school I began to focus on powerlifting and Olympic lifting. While focusing on these I spent most of my time learning about improving athletic performance.
For a full session it would consist of Mobility, Activation, Plyometrics, Speed/ Agility, Lift, and Conditioning. This would vary though based on what we needed to work on.
