I have extensive experience coaching athletes of all ages and levels, from beginners to advanced competitors. As a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt, National Champion, and Pan Ams Champion, I bring competition-tested techniques and proven teaching methods. I’ve coached kids, teens, and adults, preparing students for local tournaments as well as major competitions like Pan Ams and Nationals. Based in Los Angeles, I run an online and in-person program with over 100 active students, offering safe, motivating, and accessible training. My focus is on fundamentals, high-level strategy, and developing each athlete’s confidence on and off the mats.

My training is offered in both private and small group settings. During the week, we run online sessions where athletes can learn techniques, ask questions, and review strategies in real time. On weekends, we train in person with a focus on structured drilling, specific training, and sparring rounds that simulate real competition and self-defense scenarios.
