I have worked with all levels of Athletes from the Novice level to the Elite. My profession has allowed me to develop and train many Athletes on the basics and most fundamental skills of the sport. And at each level success has grown with each dedicated Athlete.

I was a High School Baseball Athlete that had many success. Eventually my skills on the Diamond transferred to College and Post Collegiate Athletics. I have competed and won on both the National and International Level.

The first and most important part of training will be the warm up. After that the work out will be determined by the overall Fitness of the Athlete. Specifics such as drills will always be the focus during the warm up. Technical development will also be focused on each practice.
