For the first time in the greater Boston area, there is a set destination for lacrosse players to develop and learn crucial skill sets year round. This is not a club team, nor a camp or clinic. This is a training program tailored to each individual athlete. Whether you are new to the sport, or an elite athlete, there are always improvements that can be made to your game.

Coach Martin has been terrific. Very hands on and detail oriented. I've seen improvement with my son in a short time already and he loves going. Coach has also been very flexible to accommodate our schedule which has been a great experience as well

Coach Martin came highly recommended by multiple parents in our lacrosse program He's doing an unbelievable job coaching new skills with our 10 year old. Totally out of the box approach to teaching both simple and complicated stick skills. Our son loves every minutes and looks forward to his lacrosse homework!!

Coach Martin is a great coach! He is working with my 4th grader to develop his lax skill set. He is detailed and thorough and has a good way with kids. I think my son's lacrosse skills will improve dramatically thanks to Coach Martin.

Great lacrosse coach. Connects extremely well with youth athletes. Focuses on how to train and perform better. Highly recommended.

I have recommended Coach Martin to every parent I know with a child that plays lacrosse. Even after one session, my son's throwing and catching techniques improved greatly.

Coach Martin even showed me several pointers that as a parent I could use to ensure my son retained the skills he had imparted during the training sessions.

If you have a child that wants to improve their LAX skills, I highly recommend Coach Martin.

Coach Martin worked with my 5th grader who was on the fence about continuing to play lacrosse. Coach got him motivated through his training sessions and lots of encouragement. He tweaked his throwing & catching techniques and now he feels more prepared for the season! Thanks Coach!

Coach Martin has done a great job coaching my middle school son. He is very knowledgeable
and makes the drills fun as well. My son has shown improvement in his LAX skills since he has started working with Coach Martin.
Thanks, Kris

Martin just started working with my 9th grade son - he has never played lax seriously before and wanted to prepare for high school tryout's this spring. He walked into the evaluation session intimidated and left the session feeling confident. Martin spends as much time with him and is just as encouraging as he is with his more experienced players. Encouraging, straightforward and clear expectations. Highly recommend.

Coach Marty B was great with my 5th grader who came in with little lacrosse experience and wanted to develop some skills before his first full travel season. Marty was thoughtful and patient, but also quite motivating so that my son worked hard in the sessions and at home to learn skills. We are incredibly impressed with how quickly he's been able to help my son learn the fundamentals and gain confidence and excitement about the sport. The lessons are well organized and individually tailored. He used repetition well, but still managed to keep things fun.

Great Coach learned a lot of helpful drills.

Martin Bowes has integrated his own years of lacrosse experience into a skills development program that finally brings skill development to where it really belongs: to home. He teaches young lacrosse players how to perfect their skills, not through expensive, elite training programs, but through teaching them how to exercise and develop skills on their own and with friends, on a daily basis. He teaches the basic truth that all great lacrosse players know: developing skills is an everyday thing.
Marty coached my son on a one on one basis to prepare him for his 3d Blue Chip tryout this past winter. I was thoroughly impressed with Marty’s knowledge of the game, commitment to physical conditioning and the benefits of proper nutrition. Marty focuses on the “whole” athlete and pushes the kids to reach their potential. He does all this while keeping the workouts challenging yet fun. His extensive experience as a college and pro player would help any young, aspiring lacrosse player take their game to the next level.
