My coaching career started at summer camps while I played football at Bloomsburg University. At BU I played Cornerback and Nickle and in high school I was an all-state Wide receiver, and all conference defensive back and punt returner. Once my career was over and earned my degree in Exercise Science, I started working at Velocity Sports Performance in Allentown PA. At Velocity we work with athletes from youth to professionals to enhance speed, agility, explosiveness, and strength. Our programs are scientifically designed to make the most efficient and healthiest athlete. I have worked with numerous high school football wide receivers and defensive backs during their off-season. I am also the Strength and Conditioning coach for Lehigh University's Rowing team.

I believe an athlete's success can only be as good as their fundamentals. Each hourly session will begin with a warm up and fundamentals followed by specific in game techniques: For defensive backs- Man to man coverage, zone coverage, jamming wide outs, proper tackling technique, and ball skills. For Wide Receivers- Proper stance and releases, understanding defenses, route running from beginning to end, catching, and blocking.
