I have been an athlete all my life I started at the age of 3 years old in taekwondo and throughout the years other martial arts as well. at the age of 12 I not only was an athlete but I was now training the younger kids. I received my black belt at 9 years old under the (WTF) world taekwondo federation from soul Korea. I have trained and coached athletes from 3 years old to 40 years of age. I have worked as a coach at master franks taekwondo for 23 years. I have competed at a local, state, national, and international level. I became a gold medalist in 1997 in the U.S.A. JR. Olympics and from there made various teams and won major competitions.

I have won instructor of the year coach of the year and athlete of the year many years in a row. I competed at a Junior level amateur level and a professional level. I have competed all over the united states and internationally. I have competed under USTU, USA, AAU, organizations. I have received so many awards and recognition from JR Olympics to key to the city proclamations and recognitions from mayors commissioners and police chiefs and state senates.

I do private classes for many things weather its to get in shape or be the best of the best competition wise or just learn self defense. I run a full session as a full class exercise speed drills power drills kicking drills and a lot of technical up to date competition rules and styles. I belive in a full workout and full training as a private coach and instructor. I also recommend the woman's self defense classes and law enforcement officers defensive tactics classes
