More About Coach Mark
I have been training & racing since I was kid. I was fortunate to have had some good coaches that played a pivotal role is my success winning races, setting & breaking records, earning college athletic scholarships, an invite to the Olympic Trials marathon, an amateur Ironman National Championship, & a number one USA Triathlon ranking for 40-44 year olds. I still train & race for the enjoyment & the excitement & I wish to share my training & racing passions with my clients.
My love & excitement for training & racing is backed by a strong science based & technical knowledge gained through years of trial & error, personal study, & multiple past & current certifications including: National Federation of High School Associations (NFHS) & American Red Cross (ARC) First Aid for Coaches; NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching; NFHS & USA Track & Field (USATF) Fundamentals of Coaching Track & Field; USATF Level 1 Coaching, & USATF Official Training & Certifications; Medic First Aid CPR, First Aid, & Bloodborne Pathogens Training & Certification; Texas Department of Health Basic Emergency Medical Technician Training & Certification; & ARC Community CPR Instructors Training & Certification.
My goals are to help you reach your athletic goals enjoyably & safely.

In order to determine how to get where you want to go we need to determine where you have been & where you are currently at. In other words, I need to know your fitness history, the time that you currently have to dedicate to your training, & your daily & weekly time schedules. .
