I played lacrosse at West Virginia University as a midfielder, earning captain positions for 2 years. I played varsity field hockey and lacrosse at Our Lady of Good Counsel High School, nationally awarded in field hockey and scoring 16 goals my senior year in game-winning/tie-breaking plays. I played club lacrosse for Rebels Black 2018 for 7 years.
My sessions consist of excelling the athletes mind and body to prepare for game-like situations and real life. We will begin with a warm up, 45 minutes of agility and conditioning, and 45 minutes of lacrosse, ending with a cool down! Times vary per session. I am looking for athletes who have a drive to succeed and look for new opportunities to improve everyday!
