Client Reviews

I went to this trainer , the workout was great.Something i know i can grow from. I highly recommend this coach Ive officially found my trainer, thanks you

Marc has been great for my 13yr old son , this is my son's 1st yr playing wide reciever his coaching has helped my son with confidence and have give him the tools to be a better player. Marc has the patience to teach through mistakes made and also won't move on until the he feels the kids has gotten comfortable with the drill. I recommend Marc to anyone who wants their child to improve overall football skills

My name is Ted "Rock" Holloway and I had the honor of being Marc's collegiate strength and conditioning coach. If you know anything about collegiate sports you know that the strength coach spends more time with the athletes then anyone. The first thing I noticed about Marc was his character. He was very respectful, a hard worker and prided himself on being highly conditioned. The thing that I will never forget is watching Marc stand roughly10 yards in front of a Jug Machine and catch at least 15 straight footballs. I knew right then and there we had a special athlete and person.
Marc Lester is a great friend and teammate. He's had a great college and professional football career, and is continuing to do so by training and developing young athletes. Please keep him in mind if you know of any young athletes that could use his services to help them reach their full potential.
