I’ve been coach recreation gymnastics, level 3&4 competitive gymnastics, and recreational cheer classes for four years. Throughout these four years I’ve had consistent privates with high school cheerleaders, level three competition cheerleaders, and upper level tumblers.

I was a competitive gymnast for eight years and was training for level eight when I stopped competing. I became a state champion level 5 and 6 gymnast. I cheered on my high schools game day and competition team where I earned two national championships. I also cheer on Texas State Universities competition cheer club where I competed in Daytona, Florida for collegiate nationals.

I ask the client prior to our session what they want to work on and then set up drills accordingly to what skill they’d like to practice. I have them do several drills repeatedly and will spot them when needed. Then, if ready, I allow the student to try their skills on the proper equipment by themselves at the end of a session.
