More About Coach Luther
When I was coaching at summit Acadmey high school boys JV and varsity coach I had to put my players through strength and conditioning works. I had to teach proper technique of how to squat, how to bench, how to pick up weights properly so you don't strain your back, etc. Also when I was coaching and training for my last company I worked for Team Overlooked I used to make my kids go through quick circuit training to build strength, balance and endurance.
I played 4 years of NCAA Division 1 basketball at Alabama State University. I also had the opportunity to play professional basketball for two teams; one of them overseas in Mongolian.
Not everything is going to be the same it will be based off of what the client needs and wants. If they want to get more explosive then we are going to do a lot of plyo movements. But everything is based off of proper technique. I would rather for your to go lighter weight but using proper technique then to do bad technique and heavy weight.
