Luke Skinner recently moved to Florida from Northern Virginia and comes with 12 years of coaching experience.
Background: 1) Former General Manager & Hitting Instructor at Diamond Heroes Baseball 2) Owner/Instructor for No Limit Baseball 3) Coach at Bishop O'Connell High School 4) Coach for multiple Travel Teams (seven years) 5) Coached at Baseball Performance (in Pittsburgh, PA) where he studied and taught the proper mechanics of a major league baseball swing.
In 2007, Skinner completed a degree in psychology from Villanova University which led to interest in how the mental game impacts athletic performance. Hitting sessions incorporate mental aspects into the physical training of the swing.

Achievements include being elected to Pittsburgh Post-Gazette All Star team, finishing second in batting average in Western Pennsylvania (.660 batting average) in 2002, all district team, and 3 time all section team.

Great coach!

Coach Luke was great! He is helping my son a lot with his technique, we look forward to continuing with him!

Very pleased with Coach Skinner. I like his teaching methods, he’s patient with my son and explains things to him. After the first lesson I always debate if I’ll be using that coach again. I have to make sure my son is comfortable with him. I asked my son what he thought about the coach, he said he liked him, he wanted to continue the lessons and thinks he can improve his game.

Coach Luke is fantastic. I went from being a guy who could make occasional contact to regularly hitting the gap for doubles. His patience and persistence combine with a good eye to enable him to analyze and improve your swing.

Coach Luke was great from the start. Leo had a lot of fun and you could see improved confidence and skills almost immediately.

Coach Luke has been great with my 9 year old son! My son not only connects well with him in terms of what Coach Luke is teaching him, but was also very comfortable with him from the start. Others noticed a big difference in his hitting abilities after just 2 sessions. I would recommend him without hesitation.
