I have been helping out coach and train youth lacrosse players all throughout high school. I have helped at every level, even providing training to high school individuals. Have worked with youth players both on field lacrosse skills and box lacrosse skills.
I am a current D1 attackman at Bucknell University. I have been selected as a US lacrosse All American, Adrenaline All American and Under Armor All American. I was selected as the 5a high school player of the year. I have played for numerous club teams including Denver Elite, FCA, Mad Dog and more.
Stretch/Warmup - 5 min
Stick Work (Righty/Lefty work, light shooting)- 15 min
Footwork/Dodging (Cone drills and in game dodging techniques)- 15 min
Individualized Player Needs (What the player most needs or wants to work on)- 15 min
