More About Coach Luke

I have coached anywhere from elementary school boys/girls to high school varsity players. I started skills training back in Summer 2024 and worked with a few athletes every Summer. I also worked with PGC Basketball as a basket instructor, which hosted large camps for youth players to help grow their game, IQ, and other basketball skills. I have only worked out of Phoenix/West Valley of Arizona for my basketball experience.

I will start with my high school accomplishments. I played at Shadow Ridge HS in Surprise, AZ. I was 1st team all conference my junior & senior year. I led the entire 6A conference in 3pt %, FT makes & %, and was Top 10 in PPG. Both junior & senior year I was team MVP & also led my team in scoring and rebounding.

Now to my college accomplishments, I played at Lake Forest College all 4 years. I was top 5 in 3pt % & total makes/per game makes as well, my sophomore & junior year in conference, and led the conference in every 3pt category my senior year & top 25 in the nation as well in every category. I was top 15 in PPG in conference my senior year and was team captain as well.

My sessions are very mind focused on the why’s of what we’re doing and very situational base. Depending on the level of player, that’ll depend on certain workout routines we do, but we will always break down the game of why we’re doing certain drills. I like to work on shot, ball handling, defense, playing off-ball, finishing, etc. Some workouts might be focused on why certain skill versus another.
