More About Coach Lorenzo
I have overall 12 years of coaching experience, from youth football all the way to Varsity football. I work with age groups 9 and up. I’m currently the Varsity DL coach at Casteel High School.
From 2008 - 2021 I coach youth Football for the Mukwonago Braves 7th Grade team. I coached both Defensive line and Linebackers. Was also the Defensive Coordinator.
During the time in 2009-2019 I helped with the Mukwonago Indians High School Program. Coached with Punters and Defensive Line.
From 2021- Current I'm an Assistant Coach for the U10 Gilbert Broncos. Main Focus on O-Line & D-Line.
2023- Current Varsity Coach @ Casteel High School. Main Focus on D-Line.
I was a 3 year letterman in Football while in High School. 2004 State Champion. 2 time 1st team all conference. Still hold records for Sacks in a season and longest punt. I also played Basketball and Baseball.
Our first Session is always a measuring session. I will put you through some basic drills to see your level as well as conditioning. We will then discuss season goals and personal goals. I will then put a plan in place to help us achieve those goals.
We will focus on both technique and Conditioning. My missions is hard work shows up when talent doesn’t. We will work both hands and feet. The biggest thing in football is positioning. I will try to make you uncomfortable so that your are comfortable in uncomfortable situations.
