More About Coach Lonnie
I’ve coached, mentored, and trained kids year round, ages 6 to 17. I’ve helped middle and high schools as well as AAU Programs. As for high schools Deerfield beach high school and Pine Crest Fort Lauderdale.

We will work on the basics, dribbling, passing, shooting and getting a understanding where the game slows down better understanding. Once the level increases we’ll throw in more challenging drills and live game situations read and react.
