Coaching Bio:
MILWAUKEE – Milwaukee men's basketball head coach Pat Baldwin has announced that Lincoln Wieseman will join the Panthers staff as a Graduate Assistant for the 2021-2022 season.

Wieseman, a graduate transfer for the Panthers two seasons ago, will assist in all aspects of the program this year while completing his Master's Degree in Community Engagement & Education.

Prior to MKE, Wieseman played one season for Northeastern State in Tahlequah, Oklahoma where he also earned his Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership. Before that, he was a two-year team caption for local NJCAA Bryant & Stratton College. There he led the Bobcats in their inaugural season in 2016-17 and was awarded All-Region in 2017-18.

From Lake Geneva, Wis., Wieseman attended Badger High School. In his senior season he was named to the WBCA All-Star Team and awarded Academic All-State, Conference POY, Walworth County POY, and Janesville Gazette POY after leading the Badgers to their first ever Southern Lakes Conference Championship.

45 min sessions basketball specific or weightlifting specific.

I usually talk with them to get a baseline communication and understanding of goals. Then I run them through a warm-up and then I put them through a specific workout that I explain to them as I go. Periodically I give breaks for rest or water. Then I walk them through a cool down to stretch. That’s it. Great skill development.
