I have a coaching certification from College of Dupage in Glen Ellyn since 2014. I train all age groups. I have worked with players all in the Chicago area and currently train high school players in phoenix.

I have competed in high school, college, and professionally in Europe. College I played NAIA division where I help win the conference tournament 2 years in a row. We also made it to sweet 16 in the national tournament 2 years in a row. I lead the conference in blocks and offensive rebounds. Professionally I have played in the top leagues in Croatia, Georgia, and Kosovo for 9 months each. Tournaments in Romania, Ukraine, and Bolivia. I achieved defensive player of the year in 2019 for the Georgia Super league.

I focus on fundamentals and techniques. After we have those elements established, we focus on doing those things faster and more effective in game situations. I prioritize mindset and confidence first. Then in order conditioning (strength, coordination, jumping, speed, agility), shooting( jump shots, free throws, three pointers), defense(man, zone, press, help), dribbling(footwork, driving, passing).
