Ive been an underdog my entire life. Undersized and overlooked. I knew i had to work twice as hard. I fell in love with the work and I'm just trying to be the person i needed. View all coaching experience

More About Coach Lennox
I have been training athletes for going on 14 years. Mostly solo training but small groups (3-4) have been trained at once as well. My target range for prospects has always been High school/ college Ages 13 - 25.
Ive played basketball at a high level for a majority of my career. My professional experience includes ABA (USA) , UBA (USA), LIBA (USA), IBL (USA) ,some D League (back when it was still called that) and have been overseas (( El salvador, Armenia). Rookie steals leader in ABA & IBL. Tour champion in El salvador (2019) and LIBA league champion (2018)
Every session is tailored to the Players archetype and play style. The point training SHOULD be to work on weakness. for example , if a player is already an above average shooter, we wont be working on much of that. You SHOULD be uncomfortable , because tha's how growth happens. First I would want to play against the player myself. I will ask for film and other media after first session. I want to see how the player moves , what their "go-to" moves are if they have any, test lateral quickness, dexterity etc. I want to get a first hand look at the potential prospect and analyze weakness. From there, I will tailor the training sessions to what I believe is required but also getting feedback from the player on what they WANT to improve on / polish.
