Fantastic, Coach Lanair is exactly what we were looking for.

Although our son plays on a team, he doesn’t get the individual attention there that would really help him up his game. There are too many kids and the coaches just don’t have time.

My experience with Coach Lenair was really positive. He has a very detailed and methodical approach to his training which I liked a lot. If's he teaching you something, he's not just going to explain it and then show you but help you understand the concept deeply so that your physical results pick up faster. His training style allows for athletes to apply his teachings immediately when practicing on your own or applying it in a game and they are of the type where it would impact your game noticably. He also seemed like a cool friendly guy.

Awesome experience!!!! My son had His first session with Coach Lenair on Saturday. He’s new to Connecticut from New York and comes with great experience and a wonderful perspective. Just what we were hoping for. He really took his time to talk with my son and I before getting started and went above and beyond during the session. He’s very knowledgeable and you can instantly tell his love of the game and desire to help kids be better athletes. My son said he really enjoyed his session with Coach Lenair and his teaching strategy. We are both looking forward to the next session!
