More About Coach Leif
20 Years of experience coaching both Figure and Hockey in group and private settings.
Lessons involve a focus on skating skills, fundamentals and strength building.
10+ Years at the Toyota Sports Center in El Segundo California, working along side the Junior Kings.
Additional years at Skating Edge in Torrance, Iceland in Paramount, and Yorba Linda.
Competed at the U.S Figure Skating National Championships and represented the United States in International competitor.
U.S Figure Skating Double Gold Medalist in Free Skating and Moves in the Field.
Coached International level Athletes in both Figure and Hockey, and closely with the athletes of the Jr. Kings hockey program.
Full lesson focus is on skating skill, and giving skaters the resources to take their skating ability to the next level, focusing in power, technique, endurance and skills. Lessons with me are focused on becoming a better skater, and improving your strength, power, speed, endurance, confidence and skill set on the ice.
