I have a level 1 USATF Track certificate. I was a volunteer assistant at Johnson C Smith University for 6 years. I’m now currently the part time assistant at Johnson C Smith university. I was in charge of the entire program until they recently hire a head coach now I coach the 400, 400 hurdles and 800 runners.

I’m a 2012 Olympic finalist in the 400 hurdles, I’m a Bronze medalist from the 2011 world championships. I have won the NCAA national title multiple times and multiple times NCAA all American. I have been name NCAA athlete of the year several times and athlete of the region. I have won the national title in Jamaica 4 years consecutively. I was signed with at Adidas for 7 years in 2012 I was ranked 9th in the world in the 400meter hurdles.

My sessions will be very informative. I like to break down the sport and narrow it down to the partivaulr event that the client is interested in and I will start off with the fundamental basic and I will gradual her the advance level depending on how the client is responding to the sessions. I like to find the strength and weakness of my clients and I will focus on improving there weakness without affecting there strength.
