I am a lifelong athlete with several years experience in the fitness industry. I am NASM certified, a CrossFit Level 1 coach and a 2 time Golden Glove champion. I take a very holistic approach to fitness. I do not believe in a "quick fix", rather I rely on efficient, reasonable solutions that are tailored to the individual. I do this in a non-judgmental, positive environment where you are continually empowered to make the different choices necessary to thrive in all areas that you desire-in sport and in life.
