I have coached 6-12 grade boys and girls cross country, soccer and track & field for the last 4 years, but main focus is on track and cross country. I have had a top 10 boys team the state of Florida for the last 2 years. Sent a couple boys and girls to D1 and D2 schools. PE teacher and coach for Trinity Christian Academy. Can coach all track running events and high jump. Willing to coach all ages.

State runner since 7th grade, came in 2nd in the state in the 800 in 2008. Received a scholarship to Gardner-Webb university (D1 school) to run track and cross country. Ran the 800, mile, 4x4 and 400 hurdles in college.

Depending on the athletes specific goals I will create weekly workouts with a variety of speed, distance and strength exercises. We will start a session with a warm up, stretch and plyometrics. Followed by the specific workout, strength exercises and a cool down. Each practice will be run in order to reach specific goal. Nutrition plans can be made if needed.
