More About Coach LaVaughn

Coaching and training athletes since 2005 on both the high school and college levels. Former Defensive Backs Coach for Norfolk Christian HS, Ocean Lakes HS and the United States Naval Academy Preparatory School. Worked with athletes of varying ages.

Former Defensive Back for the United States Naval Academy. 2004 Defensive MVP for the Emerald Bowl. Voted to the 2004 Sports Illustrated All Bowl Team.

Speed, Agility, Footwork and Conditioning will be the primary focus. Specific position drills will be incorporated once fundamentals are instilled in each athlete. Each session will be one hour.

Coach LaVaughn was a miracle for my son!! We have tried many trainers and many trainers have failed.. He didn't only teach my son new things for football but he corrected all of the things he was doing wrong as well as gave him praise on the things he was doing right. He has prepared my son for football camps and encouraged him to do well and he also came to my son's first camp. My son is a type of person that if he sees no results or feels like you are not doing him justice he will stop going, however with Coach LaVaughn it has been the very opposite. Coach even gives him things that he has to do when they can't meet and believe it or not he does do it because he knows Coach can tell if he did or not. I only wish we found Coach a lot sooner as this is my sons Junior year. Coach also made sure that he worked around my son's busy schedule. Coach is AWESOME!!! He not only helps on the field but also at home with meal plans. I am telling you he is the best Coach out there!!

Excellent experience, made spot on assessments and corrections from the first day. I can already see the results from the trainings as well as the athlete's football IQ, Confidence and overall willingness to push harder.
