I have 5yrs of experiences training athletes to improve speed and agility. I have coach 1yr at the College level where I served as Defensive Back Coach and I’ve also coached 5yrs of High School Football where I serve as a High School Head Coach. The age groups I tend to work with is 10yrs old all the way to adult.

I played High School Football at Lakeland High School where I earned a football scholarship to University of Louisville. At the University of Louisville I earned First Team Honors in Football 3yrs in a row. After my college career I went on to play professional football in the NFL for 2yrs with the Minnesota Vikings. After returning back to Coach here in Lakeland, Florida I was inducted into the Lakeland Football Hall of Fame.

During a typical work a client can expect motivation from me to work hard. Also lined of drills prepare to get you moving in all direction testing endurance, speed and work ethic. Each athlete is expected to give 100%.
