I Have Been Gaining Experience Training Kids Since I Was In 11th Grade In Highs School When I Held/Still Hold My Free Summer Skills Camp, And Also Other Friends Camps That I Volunteer For And Work With. I Have Been Privileged To Work With Kids Ranging From Ages 6-18, And Also Others That Are Much Older. I'm A Professional NFL Player That Have Had A Good Bit Of Success At All Levels From High School On Up. I'm Just Passionate About Training And Helping Others Reach Goals That They Set Out For Themselves And My Accomplishments Are Watching Those Goals Get Met. I'm Very Energetic And A Gym Rat Myself So Not Only Will Your Kid(s) Get Good Training They Will Also Get A Trainer That Can And Will Work Right Along With Them, Which I Feel Is A Great Motivating Indicator For Kids To See And Experience For Themselves Also.
One Of My Greatest Accomplishments Is Becoming A Professional Football Player At The Highest Level (NFL). I am also a former division I athlete that played 4years at UM. I have been all state, all conference, selected to the east west all star game coming out of college and setting multiple records in high school which helped me secure a full scholarship to college. Have seen the up's and downs in this game which makes my training so realistic and modern because I'm still involved in the NFL.
A Typical Session With Me You Can Expect That You'll Be The Owner Of Multiple Icy Hot Tubes Lol. I'm a firm believer of getting everything out of you and then more but working with a purpose and not just to work. I like to start off with a baseline assessment to get where the athlete is at and mark goals to reach from there. All the hard work that we will do will be to reach our goals not just busy work. You will def see results and and feel the progress that's being made week to week.

Coach LaRon is outstanding! His knowledge of practice and drill concepts is phenomenal. His experience as a professional athlete and exceptional knowledge of offensive skill positions clearly enhance his coaching ability. We are very happy that we found Coach LaRon. He not only takes his time and makes sure that the trainee is understanding but also makes sure they execute properly before moving on. He is really great with kids and has the perfect mix of keeping the kids focused and excited while at the same time ensuring that they are giving their best effort.
