More About Coach Lara

I have taught yoga in several gyms and yoga studios across south Florida. I coach all levels and limitations. I am certified to teach all styles as well as all ages. I have been teaching since 2013.

I lost over 40lbs through yoga, meditation and eating well. I was able to heal my body through yoga as well as heal physical ailments and limitations.

Pricing is different depending on where you choose to practice. Facility fees are included in the in-studio options.

We begin with a brief conversation about any goals whether physical, mental or spiritual that we want to address for that session. A usual session begins with breathing methods and guided meditation to scan the body and the breath to see how the physical body is responding to the day’s energy. We then move through postures in a vinyasa, hatha or restorative yoga flow with incorporating hands on adjustments, sound healing and aromatherapy. We may utilize props such as blocks, straps and bolsters. I then finish the class with a meditation and final relaxation. The practitioner is then guided out and the class is complete.
