• 5x Canadian Champion
• Licensed Criminal Defense Attorney in the State of Tennessee

• Mentoring & motivating women in sport, youth, and recreational runners through public speaking, school assemblies and fundraising events.

A typical training session involves mobility work and activation exercises to start followed by an easy warm up run with a light pick up over the last 2-3 minutes. Once the athlete is good and warm he/she will move into a more dynamic warm up routine that involves mobility, stretching, drills, and strides. Depending on the time of year, the majority of the session might be dedicated to this type of work. As the athlete progresses in my program he/she would then move on to the interval session or tempo/threshold session. At the end of the session the athlete completes drills specific to his/her weaknesses (balance, coordination, knee drive etc) before heading out for a recovery/cool down run.
