More About Coach Kyle
I have been working in Central Oregon as a personal trainer and strength coach for 14 years. I started working for one of the finest Health Clubs in the NW, working my way up Strength and Conditioning Director, until leaving in 2005 to open my own Personal Training Studio. I have in the past and currently do train athletes from age 12-84, and of all abilities. I currently work with several Division I athletes and have trained professional athletes from the NFL, MLB, MLS, as well as USA Hockey goalie.
I currently hold the CSCS certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association, as well as the prestigious RSCC certification as well. I studied Exercise Science at Colorado State University, graduating with honors. I believe in training functionally and have experience with everything from power lifting, to plyometrics, to kettle balls and more.
When you train with me you will receive a complete program designed to help you meet or exceed your fitness/athletic goals. A typical workout will include a cardio warm up. Total body strength and conditioning session, working core strength, balance, speed, agility, quickness, aerobic conditioning and more, finishing with a cool down and more core and flexibility training.
I believe as a trainer it is my job to push you harder than you would ever push yourself. I believe in helping you find your current limits, push you to exceed them, and help you set higher expectations and goals.

Typical workout begins with an easy warm up and some dynamic movements to loosen up. I would then typically work the client for about 45 minutes combining functional movements, plyometrics, power lifting, agility, speed work, etc....depending on the clients goals, phase of training and current status. I am constantly changing up the workout, working similar muscle groups but in different planes of motion, different stresses, to keep it new and fresh and to keep your body guessing. I would then finish up with about 5-10 minutes of abdominals and stretching. Workouts are held inside, outside, on the track, at a hill....always different.
