Lifelong competitive swimmer and triathlete. Former nationally ranked competitive swimmer. Significant experience with strength and conditioning for multiple endurance and contact sports. 10 years professional, full time experience with dozens of professional references. Have worked with athletes ages 12-72.
Sessions are 60 minutes, focusing on specific client needs related to speed, endurance, agility, strength, cardiovascular/muscular endurance, flexibility, injury prevention, body composition, nutrition and overall performance.

I have over 10 years of professional fitness industry experience. During this time, I’ve helped hundreds of individual clients with their weight loss and/or athletic training needs, have designed and run corporate wellness programs for multiple mid-sized companies, have managed recreation programs overseas for the U.S. government, and have been heavily involved in local community wellness programming for both adults and youth. I am committed to providing the best services and results possible, as your health is my priority.
Personally, I was a competitive swimmer and triathlete and still compete recreationally today.

I believe that everyone deserves to feel healthy, strong, and confident. As trainers and coaches, it’s our job to provide you with the tools, guidance, and motivation to be your best and to make you feel better than you ever have!

I will make sure that each step of the way you are working out correctly, minimizing chances of injury and maximizing performance, weight loss (if needed) and strength gain potentials! My training programs focus on functional strength; which means we will exercise using full body movements emphasizing core strength. I believe in using positive reinforcement to push you to levels you never knew you could reach, and I want you to feel mentally and physically stronger than you have ever been, and I will deliver those results. Sessions are personalized to your unique needs, and exercise is catered to get you to your goals as quickly, efficiently and safely as possible.

Over the last year I have worked with 3 swim coaches Kris being my 4th. While all of them have had something great to offer none of them have been able to get me out into the open water swimming comfortably freestyle. I have a terrible fear of the open water; as a result I have swam all of my triathlons doing the breast stoke. After just 3 session with Kris I was able to swim an open water race almost all of it freestyle in choppy waters. I am more confident in the water and feeling ready for my next triathlon, I have no doubt I will complete the swim entirely freestyle.
