Sessions will depend on age and experience level of athlete. Football, as many sports, requires a foundation in fitness and technique. Personal experience and expertise in linebacker and defensive back position skills. Athleticism is universal and the most important thing for junior members to develop early on. Speed, strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, coordination, and instinct are cornerstones of athletics. The sport of football is very technical and the next level is learning game speed reads, thought, and anticipation. These skills are usually reserved for experienced players who are already performing at an advanced physical level.
