More About Coach Kevin
I have been coaching and training athletes for about15 years. I have coached and trained athletes from middle grades to pro. I started in college working for Dino Body. there I earn my Personal Training Certification. When I move to Nashville in 1998 I worked for Baptist Sports Medicine. There I was responsible for rehabilitation for athletes as young as elementary students to pro track athletes. Here is where I started working with athletes after rehabilitation to get them back game ready. this is where my love for training youth athletics came from. I started coaching in 2000 after one of my parents seen me working with other student athletes. I started coach in the correctional facilities. I went back to school to get my Masters in Education so I could coach in the school system. Once I obtain my degree I started coaching middle school football, soccer, and basketball. My love was football. I currently coach High school football. I am NCCA certified as a Performance Coach.
I went to Southwest DeKalb High School in Georgia. there I earn defense player awards. I made it to state finals in both football and wrestling. Through Athletics I earn a great education from Tennessee Wesleyan College.

• Team training
Improve speed, agility, explosiveness, core strength and more within a team environment. We create sport specific programs that will increase your play on the field while building that team camaraderie.
Training with your team is one of the most effective ways to train. Not only will you soar to new heights individually, but the team will improve as a whole. When your team is dedicated to increasing its speed, power, agility and explosiveness you'll see the benefits in the upcoming season.
I not only measure success in seeing your times decrease and your strength, power and flexibility increase, but more importantly we engineer our programs to give you game time results. You require and deserve a program that delivers functional and applicable strength, speed and power that carries over into your game. That's the ultimate goal.
• Individual
Athletes are one on one me. Get a program designed just for you, tailored around your needs and your sport. After going through the initial pre-testing session (used to help gauge a starting point and formulate a plan) Idesign a program that will help YOU reach YOUR goals.
I offer a variety of performance training programs for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Whether you are a professional athlete, college athlete, high school athlete, pre-teen athlete or a recreational athlete, we have the personal trainers and the programs that will exceed your demands.
I prides myself on delivering world class performance training to all athletes that have the desire to get better. As an individual you have several options. You can sign up for 1 on 1 training. You can also join one of my high impact group training programs, or my goal oriented classes. You also have the opportunity to work with me on sport specific skill training such as: Baseball, Football, Basketball and Soccer
• Group training
Group training covers all areas of athletic improvement including speed, quickness, explosive power, agility, acceleration, coordination, balance, mechanics and mental toughness. You will be placed in a group where all athletes are in the same age range. So you can receive the appropriate training provided by your Performance Coach.
• Camps and clinics
