My professional experience of 18 years of being a Head Coach in high school football has given me the opportunity to Coach in three states New York at the Edwin Gould Academy for 8 years, Coach of the Year in 1995; West Palm Beach Florida at Inlet Grove Academy for 8 years voted Lou Groza Coach of the Year award in 2007. I served as the South Florida All Star Coach Defensive Coordinator in 2008 coaching the best players from South Florida; Silver Oak Academy in Carroll County Maryland for 10 years where I have amassed a record of 51-48 despite 100% player turn over each year.

My first session is an unpaid assessment of the student athlete to setup the goals for the student athlete.
I film every session for each athlete to assess performance outcomes.
- 1st step is to asses the students muscle density development ( speed drills, plyos, ladder drills, explosion drills, strength & conditioning)
-2nd step is to develop students skills for the position( position technique, stance, start, reads, formation recognition, alignment, hands drills,)
-3rd step is to develop the student athletes ability to perform at his or her position( position fundamentals, aggressiveness, ball handling, catching, blocking, tackling)
