More About Coach Kevin
Blueprint fitness has been serving the Middle Tennessee Community for 15 years. We provide functional training for athletes of all ages. We specialize in strength training, conditioning and nutrition. Our coaches are certified and have years of industry experience.
As a former collegiate swimmer, I transitioned our of the pool and into the strength training arena in 1998. We began to understand that athletes of all age groups were undeserved in this area and that we could fill a big need in our community.
Our gym focuses on the needs of the individual athlete. We start with mobility, followed by movement pattern instruction, technique work and them apply the skills learned into training formats that fit the need of the athlete.
