More About Coach Kevin

I have experience with weight loss, strength and conditioning, track and field, and boxing. I have helping athletes to cutting weight, build explosiveness, strength and conditioning, also build endurance. The train athletes from the ages 13 and up. I have 2 certifications in personal training and sports nutrition.

Kalib lost 30 lbs in 2 months.
LaDonna went from a 20 minute mile and a half run to 13.5 minutes in 1 month and 20 days.
Jessica was able to generate more power out of the starting blocks to run a faster time in the 200m.

My workout sessions varies from sport to sport. The workout starts off with a 1/2 of a mile jog. After that we begin to stretch. Once finished stretching, we start drill to work on agility and form. After the drills we start the working and need the workout with a cool down.

This trainer is the best personal trainer I've had by far. I told him i wanted to lose weight, tone my body up, grow my glutes and he got it done. He gave me a meal plan, calculate my macros, and gave me specific workout so i can hit my target. He also have a online training app to use for the days you don't train with him so you will not fall off. For the price he charge and what you're getting is a steal.
