I have been deeply practicing yoga for 9 years now. I have taught in most yoga studios around the South to North Shore and LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE teaching. I recive so much from my students, more than you could all imagine.

I am a graduate from University of Vermont with a bachelors in Psychology and Art. I first discovered yoga when I moved back to Boston after college eightyears ago. After my first yoga class,I was addicted.I began an intense practice right off the bat and saw immediate changes in my life, both physically and spiritually.

My spiritual journey took me to South East Asia where I traveled for 18 months staying in ashrams and living the yogi-traveler's lifestyle. After staying at one particular ashram in Rishikesh, India I knew I had found a calling: to share the wisdom and power of yoga with others. Immediately upon returning to the States, I attended Kripalu Institute where I became certified as a Kripalu Yoga Teacher.

I teach all types of yoga! Vinyasa yoga is currently my passion.Iencourage you to find peace and strength on the mat while honoring your own limits, and then applying these lessons to your life.
Depending on how advanced the practicer is, I start my sessions with a centering, A "warm-up" of the spine, I go through the series and basic postures, I go through what certain poses do and show modifcations, do a "wind-down", closing meditation. Before I teach, I try to reall understand what my students want from yoga- spirtually, physically, and mentally. And then from there we start our journey!
