More About Coach Keri-Ann
Keri-Ann has always been into exercising and nutrition. She has a B.S. in Nutrition Sciences, and has been coaching for over 8 years. In 2012, she ran her first road race - a full marathon and fell in love with the sport of running and the community it provides. Now, having run over 30 half marathons, and a dozen marathons, Keri-Ann has personally worked on shaving hours off her earlier times and in 2020 finally reached her goal of qualifying for the Boston Marathon. Keri-Ann loves working with people and has a passion for helping people reach their goals, whatever they may be!
As a coach, Keri-Ann is coming to you as a runner who has benefitted from having a coach for years. Whatever your running goals may be, Keri-Ann will meet you where you are and will help you fine tune your speed and form. In her career, she has worked with people of varying fitness levels to improve their health and wellness. She is committed to supporting you through the highs and lows and will celebrate your successes throughout the process. Her motto: "Running is fun, and together we'll keep it that way!"
Keri-Ann works with all levels and ages of runners from children through masters, and beginners through elite, at distances ranging from the track to 5k to half marathons and full marathons, to ultras and trail adventures.

Every session is tailored to the individual.
A typical first session includes:
-Running strength assessment with emailed results & exercises
-Overview of the requirements needed to run efficiently
-Introduction to the efficient running cues
-Easy coach-directed run with immediate feedback
-Demonstration of running specific strength & balance exercises to build strength and prevent injury
-Discussion of goals, injury prevention, and training plans
-Session review emailed
Future sessions are designed with your personal goals in mind and include mobility assessments, form drills & workshops that develop running arms, hip extension, controlled foot fall, cadence, etc.
Personalized training plans, video assessment and online coaching are also available.
