More About Coach Ken
Graduated with Degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University in 2009. I worked as as Sports Performance Coach with Velocity Sports Performance, coaching running mechanics as well as he barbell and olympic lifts. I have worked with dozens of colligate athletes in multiple sports including: Football, soccer, hockey, track and field, rugby, golf, tennis and softball.
Kinesiology is the study of movement. I help people, no matter what their sport, move better. I do that by getting them to be as flexible as necessary and then teach them how to move correctly. Once we can move very well the only way we can get better is to get stronger.
Typical sessions vary by person as each session is designed to fit your needs exactly. I will work with you to make your weaknesses your strengths to create a very athletic new you.
I have coached and competed in Weightlifting and powerliting meets.
