More About Coach Kelvin

I’ve been training basketball players of all ages, genders, and skill levels since 2019, including youth, overseas pros, and WNBA athletes. Experience in both the U.S. & Germany and over 20 Breakthrough Basketball camps, I’m passionate about helping players who truly want to get better and love the game.

Played professionally overseas in Germany for nearly 5 years, competing in ProB, ProA, and BBL. Served as team captain multiple seasons, led team to a 2024 championship, and finished 1st in total assists in the league. Helped lead teams to the playoffs every season.

At the collegiate level, competed in both D2 and NAIA. Earned multiple Player of the Week honors and was a 2x All-Conference All-Academic selection. Also served as team captain. Locally, played at Green Valley High School as a 3-year varsity letterman and team captain. Proud Las Vegas native.

High attention to detail with a focus on efficient, realistic game development! Specialize in all aspects of shooting from mechanics, repetition, off-the-dribble, catch-and-shoot, and shooting on the move.

Also emphasize point guard play, ball handling, offensive and defensive IQ, and overall basketball principles. Sessions are designed to translate directly to in-game performance, no wasted reps or non-game-like drills.

Focused on helping each player maximize their strengths, build confidence, and develop a high IQ approach to the game!

Kelvin is a fantastic coach - extremely knowledgeable, runs great drills/workouts, and always brings a super positive attitude.
