Coached four years of collegiate swimming at Wingate university in Wingate NC.
Coached 4 years of young kids ages 6-10 for the Wingate Aqua dogs.
Taught, and coordinated swimming lesson program for children ages 4-16 for 5 years.
Coach one season of high school swimming for Forest Hills high school in Wingate NC.
Coached age group kids through high school kids for a summer with Central Florida Marlins in Ocala Florida.
Started swimming at the age of 6. Most valuable swimmer awards all throughout high school. Earned a full scholarship to College. Earning most valuable player awards as well as 14 all Americans.
The type of session is dependent on the child I am coaching. Starting with assessing the child. Working into technique work of one stroke. Working one thing at a time creating muscle memory.
