More About Coach Katerina
10+ years of teaching private lessons, and 5+ years of coaching competitive club teams. Certified USA Swimming Coach, Lifeguarding, First Aid, CPR, AED.
From 2012-2015 worked as Swimming Coach & Aqua Instructor at World Class Fitness Almaty. Developed and improved the learning and technical swimming skills for kids, teenagers, adults, and people with special needs. Created and aqua aerobics programs, as well aqua prenatal programs.
From 2017-2022, Katerina joined Chelsea Piers Aquatic Club as a part-time assistant coach and swim teacher. In 4 years at CPAC, Katya has become an age group coach, Master’s coach, and she was an assistant coach for the senior group. Katerina was responsible for the development of the age group program and masters group where she led swimmers to qualify for Junior Nationals, Nationals, and Olympic trials.
Competed at the collegiate and professional level. I was part of the Kazakh National Team. Also, I competed for University of Bridgeport at NCAA Division II.
