I am a certified Yoga Instructor in the Chicago land area. I have been teaching full time for about a year now. I work with male and female clients. Group and private settings. Age ranges from 16 years old-60 years old. I have experience with injuries. I work at CorePower Yoga which is a nationally known yoga company. My specialty in yoga sculpt focusing on strength and cardiovascular endurance.

I was a competitive cheerleader for over 6 years. Three of those years holding the spot as captain. We took first place five out of six years at competitions.

We will begin with a gentle stretching warmup to awaken muscles and joints. Then we will move on a paced yoga flow. Next we will move into more dynamic movements including strength and balancing postures. We will end with deeper stretching and cool down.
