I am a 200hr Certified Yoga Instructor, I have been practicing and teaching yoga for a few years now with every level of students! I love working with private clients as well as groups, creating sequences that are physically and mentally healing, dynamic, challenging, and fun!

200 hr Licensed Certified Yoga Instructor. I have been an runner and athlete all my life, and discovered yoga 10 years ago. Since practicing I've become stronger, more aware of my body, more flexible, and all around a happier human!

Yoga sessions can look a few ways, depending on what you are looking for! We will typically warm up, focusing on how you're feeling that day. The vinyasa (the work) follows; I teach in a flowing pattern with breath guided movements to create a class that will absolutely increase strength and flexibility, while also opening and relaxing your body and mind. After this, the best part- savasana :) I have fun with my clients and keep a light, positive feel to the class while you work to your fullest potential.
