My training experience is versatile. I have worked with with athletes looking for a restorative practice, business people dealing with the stress of corporate life, youth that have leadership and sports goals, people recovering from injury or trauma that want to build mobility, inner peace and strength, people looking to control their weight and other yogis that want to elevate their practice. The unique aspect of my yogi teaching and philosophy is that I meet you where you are in your practice. I work one on one with you to encourage self discovery and help you achieve your goals. Expect to be challenged and empowered.
I am a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher under the Yoga Alliance. I healed my own chronic back and shoulder injury through yoga therapy. There was a time when I could not lift my arm above my head. I am dedicated and committed to mind and body healing.
When you begin my services the first session will consist of a pre yoga consultation where I learn about you and what you want to accomplish in our sessions together. After I have an understanding of your goals I will lead you through a yoga session. Sessions start in a studio or common meeting place with the potential to do in home lessons.
